About us
I began making jewelry in 1990 while studying to be a professional classical pianist.
I always believed in the power of beauty, but it was through music education that I gained a deeper understanding of its components: composition, balance, style, proportion and most important, individuality. I strive to create “visual music” in my designs, and find inspiration everywhere: in old photos, a vintage button, the colors of the sunset, a personality, a dress, or even the rhythm of drums.
Just like a melody my jewelry conveys feeling through shape and color. As in music, I find it important to have room for interpretation. Many of my designs, like chameleons, are able to change with the changing moods of the wearer.
Each unique design takes several days or weeks to complete, and each carries a piece of my heart.
