All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of the shipping date. The item(s) must be returned unworn and undamaged with all labels, tags & packaging intact for a full refund and must arrive within 14 days of original shipping date. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please let us know right away so we can arrange a prompt replacement. Please note that all shipping fees on return merchandise are non-refundable.

Free rush order is available. If a rush order is required, arrangements must be made prior to purchase via convo. Refunds will not be issued for deadlines that have not been confirmed prior to purchase.

My goal is to provide my customers with high quality fashion jewelry at reasonable, wholesale prices. Carefully designed and handcrafted, I proudly ensure both quality and efficiency guaranteed.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders for items in stock can be shipped the next day so cancellation may be difficult.
Shipping
All shipping is made through USPS Priority Mail unless requested differently. Tracking number will be provided. Please contact me for Overnight or 2nd Day Mail, extra charges will be applied.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS
If not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or store credit, in its original condition (free of scratches, missing parts, marks, etc.) within 10 business days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns made after the 10 days time frame are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Usual return policy does not apply to custom or jewelry on “sale”. These pieces may be returned only if damaged when delivered.
DAMAGES
My jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee. If any problems should occur, I will repair or replace the item at no extra cost.
Additional Policies and FAQs
As soon as payment is confirmed, if the item you select is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days. If items are not in stock, please allow 2-3 weeks of receiving order for shipment. Should there be a further delay, you will be notified. Since all items are handcrafted, please allow sufficient time when placing orders. We will do whatever we can to rush orders, but cannot guarantee rush order requests.
CUSTOM JEWELRY DESIGN
I am quite flexible with colors, gemstones, and style combinations and can work with you on creating a line just for
your store! I will work with you to get the perfect piece of jewelry for your store. Perhaps you see a pendant you love on
one piece and the necklace on another or maybe you like your necklaces longer or shorter than described. Do you love a
design but want another color? If you are interested in certain pieces or have a few ideas of your own, several designs
can be produced. Let me know and I can give you gemstone and/or color availability.
The final price of your custom order will be determined by the style and materials chosen for your custom jewelry
creation. You will be given an estimate at the time of your inquiry and I will give you a definite price when your design
is finalized and all of the materials are ordered to begin your custom creation. If the materials are at hand at the time
of your request, you will be given a price immediately. If you decide you want to make adjustments to your custom order
during the time your piece is being created, I will adjust the price of your piece accordingly.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of your order.

About My Jewelry
I design my earrings in standard gauges (up to 20 gauge unless noted in the listing). All the jewelry is made in either sterling silver, Argentium silver or gold filled. The earwires, wraps, clasps, links and even some of the chain is handcrafted by me. For adornment I mainly use modern Swarovski Elements beads, vintage beads (swarovski and west german glass) beads, and few gemstone beads.
Kindly take note of the measurements of my items, as I use a macro camera lens that can make items appear quite large, even if they are not. Monitors also might not give a true sense of bead color.
Shipping
Toxie Design orders are shipped in a gift box made of 100% recycled paper and wrapped with a beautiful ribbon.
I ship from Canada - small packet international (either surface or air). Please note according to Canada Post it normally takes 6 - 12 working days to arrive.
I am not able to mark packages going to the US or internationally as "gifts" because it's illegal. I will mark "merchandise" and the value will be the amount paid for the item/items minus shipping costs. Thank you for understanding.

Returns
Please let me know within 7 days if you are not completely happy and we will find a solution. Items will need to be returned/exchanged with original packaging (in original unworn condition). Please ensure your item is safely packaged and also be sure to add insurance.
